just finished my online xmas food shop.......................im mortified, i rang paul and told him and he was blase and okay!!! ...............told him i still need to pick the meat up on monday from butchers, he was still ok?........wonder when the shock will set in for him!!! xxx

Woks we had similar probs with my son and his best enemy - they get on fine now - we were in school 3 times in one week lol
Bella dont be surprised if hubby cant get much for little ones hair with a tenner lol - ridiculously expensive stuff that usually doesnt work.
Nicky have you tried freecycle for a make do for now washer till you win one?

Thanks michelle, but we are sorted, I had hoped for this outcome but had to wait for DD to get home from work. She was living away from home until 4 months ago when her landlord decided to sell the house she was renting, so she came home, but her appliances and things went into storage (my Mum's garage lol) She is going to let us have the machine as she won't need it for at least another year now as she has been accepted onto the Camp America project and is going there for the summer after she finishes her Masters. We have promised her a big chunk towards a new one once she gets settled again :j:T (plus the fact that my Dell Netbook win arrived today and I've given it to her lol)

I was just thinking actually! I have won 4 lovely electrical/gadgety prizes this year, two decent camera's - OH has both as he prefers one for some shots and the other for others, a Samsung Tocco phone which DS has and the Dell Laptop which DD has just claimed, what do I get? A pair of Rizla wellies :rotfl:

Toniq...I'm dreading our food bill......I been saving and have about £220 for food...Husband said F*** It's only a day not a month....Already got all the meats and Wines...I just go into panic though..Got 12 to dinner christmas day:eek:.

But still have to buy all things like tins of choccies and goodies..:j:j

Evening lovelies - I'm finally back in the land of the living, and ridiculously behind with LUSH, comping, Facebooking & general chit-chattery!! :rolleyes:

Haven't done our Christmas food shopping yet - I'm doing a party on Christmas Eve so I'm really dreading how much it's going to come to.
Asda will be a nightmare too - I have to resist the urge to punch people who appear to lose their manners this time of year!
