    Re the taking of bank charges out of Benefits - apparently I was wrong!! Sorry if I gave false hope! It can be demanded that Housing benefit gets paid for rent etc....best thing to do is change banks and get on a even keel and then claim back from the old bank.
    Bella, if you want the spreadsheet and template letters, let me know or they are in the bank charges thread.
    And re your son, if he is safe with your mum, maybe let him have some time away until he gets bored there.....?? Don't really know if that helps!! hehe!
