Well.............hard's not the word :rotfl: Is kinda like really stiff icing I didn't have enough icing sugar, needed 3 boxes so I used the two I had plus some granulated (caster was finished as well) and we've got semi-solid fudge with gritty bits lol.........anyone want some!!! Kids love it though. It tastes a bit like cow-pat cake I used to make. Wish I'd added cocoa powder, might have stiffened it up a bit more. Did you say truffles!?!!?!??! Roll on next week for part 2 of Gerti's Gourmet Guide :D:D
