Freemans new customer discount - HELP

I want to place an order (around £1000) with Freemans and when I first clicked on the site it ofered 20% off for new customers. I was just looking at that time and didn't place the order and now it's not showing anything for new customers, not does it deduct it when I go though to checkout. HELP!
There will always be:
A “LIE” in BELIEVE, an “OVER” in LOVER, an “END” in FRIEND, an “US” in TRUST , and an “IF” in LIFE

it is still offering it on the front page when i go through to it - it also offers it on the recommend a friend page - if you are in doubt - you could always phone and ask - perhaps order it over the phone?
Sometimes when a catalogue offers a percentage discount off your first order it doesn't show up until you receive your first statement through - if in doubt phone them and double check HTH

Hi, I too placed a first order with Freemans, however, unless you are paying with debit/credit card they will not let you order something for £1000. I tried and they refused.0
