Cleaning Electric Blanket? How To???

I have a small electric blanket which came off my son's bed. Needs a freshen up, but it says on lable - Do Not Launder - Do Not Dry Clean....

It is a fur fabric/fleecy type blanket.

Seems a waste to chuck it and buy a new one, as it works fine - has anyone any ideas for freshening it up??

You could run the vacuum cleaner over it and air it outside. Make sure you pick a dry day so that it doesn't get wet.

Maybe a quick wipe down with some baby wipes, and then hang on the washing line to freshen up.
