Does anyone have one have one of these? They don't do it any more. It tracks 1% above their base rate, which they assured me was linked to the Bank of England rate. although I was led to believe it was linked to the Bank of England rate only. I have not had any reductions since the last three BOE drops. I called them last week and they said the one in November would take place in January payment! I protested but couldn't get anywhere with them. They were quick to raise the rate when the rates went up last year. I don't have my terms and conditions anymore.

Ask them to send a copy of your mortgage offer to you - this should detail the specific T&Cs of the rate changes.0
