Coke Zone Help

I keep getting free empty bottles of this stuff from someone who sits next to me @ the footie so I can take the coke zone points. However it never recognises the code when you input it on the site..I have squinted @ this last bottle for about 20 mins now - there is one figure that I am not sure is an I, a 1 or a half rubbed off T and put in all permutations - yet it recognises not one of them

Ive read somewhere if you call the cokecola hotline they can add the points for you. Not really a chat topic, there is a coke zone topic somewhere. search for coke zone or whatever the domain is and it should pop up ( something like cokezone.com ).

Hope this helps a little more than chris helped, if he cant give good advise after being here for all that time and amounting that many posts then i suppose youll never learn though will ya.

Are these the smallish bottles (330ml I think) as if so I had the same problem. I had about 20 codes collected and Cokezone wouldn't recognise any of them. I didn't want to ring as I rang once before about an illegible code on a large bottle and it was like the Spanish Inquisition! I was on the phone for over 20 minutes to an American guy for one code, then had to wait for packaging sending to me and go to the post office to return the bottle! In the end they did credit me for 10 points but I didn't want to go through that again for a list of codes. I emailed them instead, at least 3 times and sent a letter with the codes on but never heard anything back so gave up on it.

After saying all that I am a fan of the codes as I've had 5 free cinema tickets from them so far :D

Yes Debs they are. Glad you have done so well tho. I don't know if it is worth the cost of calls etc if it doesnt get credited in the end...

  • It's a 0800 number so all it should cost is your time, must admit I have been fairly lucky when I have called and been given the missing bit of code if possible or a replacement code where it wasn't.
