CCA request reply. What should I do?

Hi Hope someone can help with the following....

Got this letter and find they have cashed my postal order and put it towards my balance and then they say they will charge me if MBNA charge them. What can I do about this? I have been trying to offer a full and final settlement with them but they never even answered me!

Any advice..

Thanks for your time.

    Hi

You do not indicate what sort of account you are querying?

    OK

Do you have a default on this anyway? I presume so if it is with a DCA?

Someone estimated that there were more MBNA cards without dcumentation than with it.

After 12 working days plus 2 days you stop paying them and advise them they are in default.

You alos need to add that the payment was for the CCA not towards the account, to cover yourself in the future re statute of Limitiations.

Just another question thats sort of related to this... I am paying through a CCCS DMP. What do I tell the CCCS when I ring them to inform them I want to stop paying link Financial because they have not produced the CCA in time? (thats if they dont have the CCA ofc!)

Any advice or where should I look for advice on this?
