NDR Help

I owe additions 300 odd pound, NDR got in involved. They said for me to pay £17 a month, I told them I'd pay more to clear it. We came to a agreed amount of £33.50 a month.(I've been paying £35 a month) With the interest held for 6 months. Last months statement came through with the £11.29 interest added, so I left it till this months statement arrived ... only to find that not only have they added the interest on but they have added a late payment fee of £12 to it with a default letter. How can they do this when the payment wasn't late they got it the same time as last months payment.
What can I do about this as surely they shouldn't be adding all this, at this rate I'll never get the bill lowered. HELP please.

How much have you got in writing regarding this or was it all over the phone?

You ned to write formally and complain describing the situation above. if they do not refund you, then do a Subject Access rrequest, which should include details of phone calls.
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing

It was done over the phone, all I have is the statements. Not to sound stupid what is a subject access request?
