I agree with you. Some people (not pointing fingers here) want to take Christ out of Christmas, which means technically, they should call it...erm, Mass, but then technically, Mass is the service/Liturgy of the Church....and since it is actually Christ - Mass that we are celebrating, there really is no getting away from that fact. No matter how much people want to secularise it.
I'm all for fun and festivity, but lets not forget the reason for the season. And fair enough, not everyone is Christian, but lets not grumble about Christmas being too 'religious'.
If anything there isn't enough reverence and understanding and focus on the real meaning of Christmas.

I picked one of these too today, currently half price to £8.49 then extra discount at till because of current woolworths sale, which takes it down to £6.79. My Star Wars crazy OH is gonna love it! :j0 -
