Not too bad thanks. A bit cold and dreary outside. All the talk of Christmas cards has made me realise that I haven't got any yet. i was going to make them this year but ....0

why make when you can buy like a hundred for about 50p in ASDA? I cant be bothered with the faff tbh. Bit red faced though as I took my christmas tree out the attic and found about 4 packets of 50 cards! I only ever send about 20 LOL
Whats everyone doing for pressies this year....what homemade stuff etc? I still have my paper mache piggy banks sitting on top of the kitchen units unfinished from the summer!DFW 228 LONG H 68

The only reason I managed to finally make mine was because I had a day off with no interruptions to sit and get on with them. Next year I hope to be more organised...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

I find it really relaxing. Its one of the few excuses I have to be creative outside the kitchen. Can't remember the last time I bought a birthday or Xmas card... I've made about 50 this year for about £5 in total (card stock left over from last couple of years' cards, paints and glitter etc part of stock and sparkly snowflake motifs 50p a sheet last January - I bought 10 sheets and still have 4 untouched...)
This year, apart from cards, I've made cranberry and orange vodka, will be making mulled cranberry jelly when I have jars, have knitted Hubbles a scarf and crocheted one for Mum. I would have done more but I have been a) studying up to November and b) knitting things for Bean:o .
I will also be 'catering' Hubbles birthday drinks from scratch at the weekend.
I've come over all smug feeling:p :A26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
