    Well done on run club you speedy thing you! I actually enjoyed run club even though bea didn't want me to go and apparently for the whole 90mins I was gone said I miss mummy. Have to say I don't like the fact they keep stopping all the time, I like to run and run until I get to the end. If I stop then thats it for me!

    I've resent it hun, but there's no rush!

    i think it must be good practice for you to do the session in the week with the runclub, even if their methods are not what you would want... and then you get your long session in at the weekend.... it all counts.
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
