Can I claim Credit card charges back that I incurred prior to starting my DMP?

Good evening everyone,
I was just wondering could anyone tell me if I am able to reclaim credit card charges?
Prior to starting my DMP I never missed any payments..
I have over the last few months from several companies incurred quiet a few hundred pounds in additional charges.. which if I could recalaim would pay off a couple of my smaller creditiors.;)

Yes, you can reclaim the charges, but the money will probably be taken off the amount owed to that debt rather than you getting the money to allocate where you want.After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
