Ooh, lots going on on this thread! Glad to hear you're getting your oomph back, Taxi, but Shaun, it sounds like you're going through a real nightmare, I'm worried for you.
I got fed up of not getting better, so after talking to my GP on the phone again, my flu friend has picked up the tamiflu, and I've taken the first dose. Honest to god.... when you hear the TV news, Tamiflu sounds like a gift from heaven. But the written bumph that comes with it says, 2% of people throw up with it badly, your symptoms will be lessened a little, and your time ill will be shortened by 1 - 2 days. Thats it! Personally tho, even 1-2 days better would be great. Hi ho.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

not as bad as it sounds
for a landlord to get an eviction he has to go to court
where upon the judge will side with the landlord and say you have to leave the house
then because irish law protects the ""child"
the judge will make the local council offer you a house
either a council house or one with a landlord ,,,but "" they have to pay more of the rent so we can survive,,,,,,,,,,which is what we wanted in the first place
just the normal ,,,you have to go round the mulberry bush, to get what you want
usually it never goes as far as the court,,
like every thing else with these people you have to play them at their own game
its just not a nice experience for anyoneWAS DEBT FREE & STILL BAAARRRRRKING

Oh KC fingers crossed you get better quickly minus the side effects. xx
And Shaun, i didn't realise until i just caught up..Beggars belief it really does. xxx
I am thinking Shaun, you should start your own diary. I am sure it will be inspirational for folks in Ireland to get some money saving tips and also keep us informed re the housing situation..what do you think?? huh!Huh! goon goon goon!Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -
Just got back from taking DGS out for his tea and a walk down the prom with him. He's now in bed all excited for tomorrow and guess he'll be asleep very shortly.
KC...hope you get better soon.
Shaun....your council is no different to here..they need a cort order first before they help you....it's all a bad system...they are all bad.0 -
