Hi Miggy - hope you don't get too bored reading my diary - my life is pretty ordinary, really!!

DS has taken my ipod with him, so I have just spent an hour putting MY songs on OH Qype shuffle - I still haven't heard about my own shuffle, so in the meantime I am nicking someone else's All's fair in love and ipods :rotfl:

too right it is only fair.......I think it may find its way permanently into my pocket.....after all, it is just perfect to take running with me!!

I am aiming for an early night - going to attempt a reeeeeeally long run tomorrow morning, and I need about three weeks' sleep beforehand! I am just going to head out and see how far I get....might be ten minutes, might be ten miles....who knows!

good luck with that. going to do same at mums tomorrow. far too snowy here ( a good ten inches) but no snow in kent. just off out for a walk in the snow, feeling an urge no idea why.

A walk in the snow will be good - I love to walk in it, but won't consider running in it - too slippy and slidy! I have enough trouble staying upright as it is!!

We can compare distances tomorrow - I will be done by lunchtime.......
