    I ran 14 miles today - my feet hurt!! OH is almost back from the airport run, so I think we will have a collapse on the sofa afternoon with the kettle never too far from being boiled :D

    Well, I have my emergency coffee - that really crap stuff I bought once before and couldn't bear to drink because it is so awful........but it is so so awful that I just can't bring myself to get it out of its hiding place in the back of the cupboard!

    So, off to the shops I will have to go in order that I don't turn into some sort of deranged monster.......
