Crikey!!! How organised are you
) I'm still trying to finish this Christmas off but have seen lots of ideas from here for next year. I will be organised next year..... I hope! 0 -
One or two ideas or things I didn't get around to doing are on my 'christmas/birthday list' but other than that........not that organised

I started doing mystery shopping about 6 months ago and prefered doing food ones as I then got fed free and didnt have to worry about what I was going to spend £5 on in Currys or Comet but the light bulb has went on!!! I now do any mystery shopping that I can and I then purchase gift vouchers so this will hopefully be the family sorted next year (if companies don't go bust!)
I will of course be shopping in January but will make sure I have a list of people that I have to buy for rather than buying 4 of something in the hope that I can find someone to give it to.
For my childrens presents next year I will just put money in the bank for the main present and buy things throughout the year that I think is suitable. I have a spreadsheet that I got from a fellow MSE'r and will use this to record what I have bought and who it is for. PM me your email address if you would like a copy!

Theres a thread on here for people getting organised for 2009

I have a fair few bits left over from this year and i think that not including my sons i have 2009 covered. With probably a few bits for 2010 also

About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D0 -
I placed an order on Boots site last night and got the freebie giftbag because i spent over £18 on No 7 cosmetics, so i am putting that up for next year. And the 1,000 exra Boots points i got with last nights order, is going up till next year too! Also i might put up one of the BOGOF gifts i got on there as DD has stacks more pressies than DS and it just doesn't seem necessary to give her any more pressies on top of what she already has.
My daughter is so easy to buy for and my xon is so difficult. Teens eh?
Oh yes, and i ordered a few things from Avon the other day so i should get the bronzing pearls that came free with the order, and they can go up for next year too. I will be hitting the sales too though come January.Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

That's what I call thinking ahead!
The only thing I've got is a box on top of the wardrobe where I put any small bargains I see throughout the year (e.g. recently I picked up a really nice book on making cocktails at The Works for £2.99 (reduced from £12.99); am going to give it to someone as part of a larger present next year, probably with a cocktail shaker to go with it). But I tend to do this all year around - it does for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. as well as Christmas.0 -
Ive planned for all birthdays in 2009 now - got a couple of presents
Started to plan for Christmas 2009 - got a couple of presents (age suitable so cant give for birthdays)
Its all pretty much covered in the Organised and Money Neutral 2009 thread
Love is the answer. At least for most of the questions in my heart,
Like why are we here? And where do we go?And how come it's so hard?
It's not always easy,And sometimes life can be deceiving,
I'll tell you one thing, its always better when we're together0
