Less than 1yr Ltd, what mortgage?

Hi,
I am looking for some advice, I have very recently seen a flat, new on market for £150k. I intend to to make an offer of 120k initially but could only go upto 128K to afford the 25% deposit i will probably need.
my problem is, i only became ltd on 1st April this year, therefore i can only show accounts fo this year, prior to this i don't have reliable income proof, i was out of country a lot, travelling and only worked now and again. My earnings so far this year is roughly 27k to date.
Q1. If i asked, would an accountant provide accounts on projected earnings to 31st March (ie full year accounts) based on what i have earned to date?
Q2 Would this be acceppted by mainstream lender?
Q3 Could i get a mainstream fixed mortgage, or would it have to be self cert?
Q4 What sort of deal could i expect, based on the above figures?
Q5 I know theres no harm in trying but do you think my intended offer of 120k is too low?
Thanks very much to anyone who can help me.

Get in touch with an independent mortgage broker asap.
If a mainstream lender appears on the list then contact them directly to see if you can get a better product.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
