Wanted - Newhome Sewing machine instructions

I've lost the instructions for my Newhome Myexcel 23x and haved scoured the net trying to find a site to download instructions.. the Janome website included. It's quite some time since I used it and I'm having problems loading a spool. Long shot I know but can anyone help ? The machine must be 10 years old.
