Hi Guys,
I got my wedding coming up in March 2009, so not long now, yikes. If your new to a sikh wedding, there some traditions you have to have, like inviting a huge number of people, at the moment ours stand at 300 peeps, all have to be catered for and drink must be supplied.
schedule:
pre-wedding party,
Temple ceremony and reception party
Ive saved on certain areas like not having a pre wedding party in a banquet hall but hosting it at my house, with a friends and family, and buying drink from supermarket, food will be cooked by family and friends, and musics will be from free Sky Indian channel
Im looking for a good Dj for the reception does anyone know of any?, i live in the bradford area.
thanks

Are you Sikh yourself? Just asking because every Sikh I've known abstains from alcohol, so you probably wouldn't need to provide drinks.Pick battles big enough to matter, small enough to win. - Jonathan Kozol0
