Juicy Brains Vouchers - beware

:mad: - have just spent ages going through Amazon to get items to spend my FIFTEEN POUND voucher on (lost out on remainder as I didn't have another five pounds worth) only to discover that the code is for a TEN POUNDS voucher. Not having had vouchers from them - maybe they send two voucher codes - one for Five and one for TEN but only rec'd one email and one code. Yes, have emailed them but wonder if I will hear anything?
Do suggest that anyone with a code they hadn't planned to use for a while - enters it in Amazon to check the value.

Its nearly Christmas - I'll be charitable and think its a one off mistake....hmmm

I had a similar experience - had two £5 vouchers from Juicy Brains but neither of the codes worked. I emailed them, they said they would look into it, but I've had no reply. I'm not holding my breath for an answer!

check in you're juicybrains account there might be another code waiting for you

I did Carla, checked my account which was where I saw it said ten pounds and five pounds vouchers on the same day. Checked my emails - just the one with that code. I see the cut off point for any queries / redemptions is the 10th December so guess I might get it by the skin of my teeth but ... in view of other posters comments - maybe not

Annoys me I spent all that time answering their surveys now!

Well I had a voucher come through that didn't work and they sent me another which i have banked on amazon. i then asked if they could make up the remainder of my money so that I could get another voucher and they did. That voucher was fine but I banked it immediately on Amazon also. i think they will try to answer everyone who contacted them before 10 Dec so hopefully you will get another voucher code.

Celia, if you sign in to juicy brains and look at your history, it actually shows you the code of the amazon voucher. Sometimes I havent received an email from them with the code in, but I can always get it from the survey history section. So you may be able to get your £5 that way.

Thank you Jewels - I didn't know that. Have looked in the history and it only gives a code by the ten pound voucher and not the five pound one. Have copied and pasted the page to them in hope!

I emailed and said I only had £4 in my JB account, they upped it to a fiver and the code worked fine. Good luck and hope you get it sorted.
