I am about to buy a pair of glasses from SpecsOnTheNet (the cheapest £10 frames to replace a lost set of reading glasses - my prescription is still valid for another 15 months) and was wondering if anyone has had any experiences good or bad with them?

No, but you could take a look at this thread to orientate yourself with online opticians generally. My conclusion was that it'll be fine for simple and mild corrections, but anything more complex, and you act at your own risk.0

Just bought a pair of glasses from glassesdirect.co.uk they were £15+£2.50 P&P They fit perfectly can't believe how much I used to spend on glasses0
