aww bless, if you check out the things kyle857 has bid on you will see he/she has tried to get one at a decent price 5 times since 30th dec and been out bid each time lol, maybe he/she got frustrated with people outbidding

The reason why people are paying out so much for them is that everywhere is sold out of them.

The John Lewis store in Brent Cross had over 25 of them on a shelf, and they were reduced in price too. Didn't see what the final price was though.

Personally, I wouldn't bother; you can't taste the mix without making a mess, and tasting is a important part of making a paste/sauce.

It's really just a flask with a ball in it. Retailers buy them for around a tenner - I think even that is over-inflated. It won't be long before £1 shops have imitations!

This device is a load of ***p isnt it? Just a plastic flask with a weighted ball which doesnt even chop up the garlic etc! What a gimmick! Jamie could sell his own faeces with the right marketing! I'll stick to a pestle and mortar.
