Does anyone know if B & W have a collar on their trackers?

Hi,

Mine doesn't - completed May 2007.

However remember that T&Cs are product specific so that doesn't necessarily mean that other Bristol & West trackers won't have a collar.

I'm with Britannia and I don't know if there is a collar or not. However, the latest cut in base rates mean i should find out soon.

I'm not worried. The collars are likely to have been missed from the Key Facts Information (KFI) document so will probably NOT be invoked. If they are invoked, rates are so low that I won't lose sleep over it.

With respect to the OP, are you talking about a B&W mortgage, or not?
