Archos AV500 (60GB version)

Dixons/Currys recently had the Archos AV500 in stock at £299. I finally decided to take the plunge and go for one last week.

Off I march to my local Dixons armed with the requisite £299....only to find the b*****ds have put it up to £399 :mad: .

So my question is, does anyone know where I might still be able to get an AV500 for £299?

Any clean and sensible suggestion much appreciated.

I am sure amod will move it for you don't worry about it.

I wouldnt mind one of these for our kids as there dvd portable player sucks. Unfortunately this is out of my price range.
