The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe - Edinburgh
I went to The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe at the Lyceum today

and just want to say it was absolutely fantastic for anyone who was thinking of going. 4 kids there, ages 9,8,7 & 4 and they all loved it. Slightly scary witchy bit in it, but the 4 year old took it in his stride.
Great production of it, stage and costumes etc brilliant

Hiya! Thanks for the post. I got to see the dress rehearsal (which was free) and had a brilliant time - I loved the entire production! Like you, I thought the staging, production, casting, lighting were magic. And the Lyceum is a smashing theatre, too.
What added to the memorable night for me was that each time the wolf was on stage and howled, a wee tot behind me (all of about 2) began her own rendition of a wolf call (and was she ever good! lol)Still waiting for Dyson to bring out a ride-on hoover...Memberships:
