does anyone know of any yoga classes in Ballymena or the surrounding area please??
I'd like to find a class for beginners to start and I'd be grateful if anyine can point me in the right direction

There are yoga classes at the tech, er, sorry, Northern Regional College ! Wednesday evenings, I think. But I'm not sure if there is still time to register for the new term in January. But very basic, definitely suitable for beginners.
I'm pretty certain there are classes at Antrim Forum too, although maybe you can't be bothered trekking that far. I can't find anything on the website just now, but I'm sure I saw something recently in a leaflet.
And I'm almost certain that there are yoga classes in Ballymena somewhere too, possibly Ballymena North centre, but can't put my hands on any definite information.
I'm being a bit vague here, aren't I ? :rotfl:0
