Red Debt Collection Services

Hi,

Anybody heard of Red Debt Collection Services??

My wife received a letter form this mob 2 weeks ago saying they had taken over a Vodaphone debt for unpaid bills and an early termination charge on the contract....surprising as she has had either a phone supplied by her employer or pay as you go phone in the past.

Today 2nd letter received saying that RDCS clients has requested them consider

1 - Home visit agent to discuss the debt...

2 - Start legal proceedings i.e CCJ and force an attachment of earning or send the bailliffs round.

Seems like shock tactics in the hope we pay up quickly.

Any advice on what we should do??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • I had the same 2 weeks ago and the second letter yesterday I have never had a vodaphone bill so I dont know where this has all come from
  • Thanks for that.

Did you just ignore the lettters...have you had any other letters form similar organisations??

If you are disputing this debt I would contact them and ask them to confirm and prove what the debt is for.
