    Yes it is but if there's a drop in income which is going to take it lower than last year you have two options which is to get it as a lump sum at the end of the year or have an interim payments adjustment. You would have to notify them of your redundancy anyway.

    Managed to surrender the tenancy with no problems once the situation was explained, hopefully should be out of here in a month. Just in the process of going self-employed, have claimed for housing a week ago but heard nothing yet. Had to borrow the money for rent.

    Didnt get much from work, 2 weeks pay and a week in lieu of notice. Couldnt be much worse really! And then i find out a few days later my van and job have been given to someone else at a bodyshop in Manchester, tupe law ???
