I've posted on your other thread by the way.

Was just wondering why you want the PPI? It's so expensive and most people on here recommend not to have it!

For example if your self-employed alot of companies won't payout yet are happy to sell it to you!

thanks for the other post xxxx

the reason i wanted to take something out was just for security really. my husband is employed and works 40 hours a week. we have 3 children aged 4, 3, and 5months (she is profoundly deaf). i am a trained nail technician but aren't working as i'm not comfortable leaving my daughter with anyone at the minute. so its totally for peace of mind the ppi really.

what would be an alternative to ppi?

i would just also like to say every post i read on this board gives me more inspiration and determination to get on with life, get our finances sorted and enjoy my family SO A BIG BIG THANKS TO YOU ALLxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Even though many people say it is a waste of your money if you still feel you want to find a cheaper one try the link below:

    http://www.moneysupermarket.com/ASU/IncomeProtectCover.asp

It is from money supermarket, a great comparison site where you can find loads of products, i.e. insurances cheaper than else where!!!

    Hope this helps
