Why are you in debt? Through no choice of your own eg paying bills/rent, buying food to survive etc? or Putting it on the plastic rather than saving up? For me its a case of having to have something right now, if I want something rather than save up i'll put it on the creditcard and pay it off in bits. Probably the wrong…

Well my loan came about from consolidating cc debts for necessities when OH spent 4 months out of work. The cc debts now are from stupidity - i.e. not cutting up the cards when i got the loan

Still wish I could buy a TARDIS instead of a house!
