Does anyone know what is happening with CHL Mortgages company? I wanted to do a transfer of equity and was told this would be fine and sent the forms in October. I got busy and just got around to filling them in and thought before i send them i would call them to let them know. There is a recorded message saying CHL are no longer accepting new applications. And when i spoke to advisor i was told they wouldn't accept the transfer of equity form. What is going on? Also I haven't seen a cut in my varaible rate either.

chl are no longer accepting new applications. we have a tracker mortgage which has obviously seen the IR reductions. They arent obliged to change the svr though..As Sceptic Peg predicts, House prices this week will be going up!.............................or down.0
