Topcashback problems

Hi

I don't know if this is normal but I am having a lot of problems with things not tracking with Topcashback. I joined about a month ago and of the 6 transactions I have made through the site only 3 have tracked. Is it normal for it to be this low? I now have 3 claims sat saying 'waiting for Topcashback'.

Is TCB known for being bad? or are all sites like this? or am I just unlucky?!

\i am having same trouble. I just put it down to them being extra busy with xmas.

I recently joined Topcashback & made two purchases. One registered & the second failed to track .I submitted a query regarding the missing transaction, got an email telling me to log in as there was a development in the missing query. When I did log in there were no purchases shown or records of any activity.Call me cynical, but I think that is a sign of some serious problems with their system. I have submitted an enquiry but no reply after two days.
I would like to use some Anglo Saxon terms to describe my opinion of the site but politeness forbids.
Shame on me !!!! Just found out I have two Topcashback accounts - with different email addresses. It must be my other personality - the one who squanders my money, or maybe the intoxicated one - has opened in error. Eagerly await retailers confirmation - both tansactions now show as pending. Yipeee !!

i joined topcashback in sept and have made a few purchases, one failed to track, submitted a missing claim and now it has shown up as pending, 2 more have failed to track but it hasnt been a week yet
on the plus side i just had an £87 payout so at least they are paying

I have made a couple of "missing cashback" claims this year and "nudged" them virtually every month but nothing has happened. Sadly they are two of the more valuable (to me) cashbacks. I've found that Quidco are much more reliable .
