please can some 1 help asked two companys for my cca got two letters back 1 saying i refer to your correspondence . we are continuing to seek to obtain a copy of the agreement that you have requested but at the moment your account has been placed on hold and that we will not seek to enforce the debt until such time as the agreement is obtained , in the mean time however we believe that it may be of assistance to all parties if we also take this opportunity to ensure that any potential area of dispute are addressed prior to any court action or further investiagation. please could you give an indication of the information you will be providing, when giving evidence to the court or providing information to the relevant statutory authorities in relation to the alleged matter of the account please could you provide this information to us please can some one tell me what they need from me

    That sounds like the standard reply from Moorcroft (or similar), probably designed to unnerve you. :rolleyes:

    You don't need to provide them with any info. THEY need to comply with your CCA request. ;)

    thank you good guess it is moorcroft they have got 2 days left then next letter will be sent also metropolitian have just taken over 1 off my accounts it was a flexi loan will i be able to do the same and ask for a cca from them .they have been not nice they took the debt from hsbc 2 days ago and they said they will put a charging order over my house the debt was 1500 but now with all thecharges it has gone to 2500

    got a letter today about my cca request it says following your request i can confirm our client compucredit (not oc )has requested that your agreement be retrieved from archive . once your agreement is retrived you will be requiired to repay the out standing balance in full.we may initiate legal proceedings which could see your outstanding balance increasa due to court costs and intrest . in attempt to resolve this matter in an amicable way i would like to offer you a settlement to bring this matter to a close .1585.60 over the phone only i dont think that they can obtain a copy do i need to send another letter now as the 12+2 days are up

    got my cca back from 1 company just under the 30 days could some 1 let me no if it sounds ok name ,address,post code,asked if employed,date off birth,then tick the box if you would like express service witch costs 3.50 witch will apear on your first statment. this service will give you a decision within in 7 working days of receipt of you application
    CREDIT AGREEMENT REGULATED BY THE CONSUMER CRDIT ACT 1974 i am applying for a visa credit card i have read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions. i am a uk resident who is at least 18 years of ageand i am not bankrupt i understand that you will telephone me in connections with my application to gain additional relavant details and u may require me to set up a direct debit to service this account this is a credit agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974 sign it only if you want to be legally bound by its terms thank you if some one could give me some advice they have added about 400 in last year in charges so need to get it sorted

    just because someone says it is covered by the Consumer credit Act, does not make it a valid CCA. When did you take out this card?

    HAve a look at this non-enforceable "CCA", which is actaully amn application form.

    read the previous page as there is a list of what is required - APR, payment terms, maximum etc that has to be in the box you sign.
