Agreed, the Boots vouchers are due soon, hopefully.

Like many MSEers, I have a burgeoning Boots 'problem' (won't spend points like a sensible person if there's a reward for spending cash - and there's always a reward for frittering my cash) so maybe I should go for a voucher. I tend to be a bit more precious with those and think harder before I spend them!

I'd like to see the rewards selection expand, I think that is one of the questions Darragh has asked us for our ideas on before now.

I am just getting more and more upset with PB. I registered with National Lottery in November and still no points!!! I tried to email in the end of December and was told to wait 6 weeks (it was about 5 weeks and a half). And when I emailed this week, that is what Rachel replied:

Hi xxx,

Thanks for your mail.

November National Lottery PiggyPoints have already been credited, and on checking the
list of accounts sent to us by the National Lottery yours has not been included.

Pigsback.com issue Points according to registrations tracked by the National Lottery from
the offer page on Pigsback.com, and without a record of this I'm afraid I cannot credit
your PiggyBank.

I'm sorry I could not issue the Points however please let me know if you have any further

Excuse me - at first it is too early to ask where are the points and then sorry, you are not on the list????? The same happened with tightsplease order - maybe it is time to check your system!!!!!! Has anyone else had problems recently with National Lottery? I remeber there was a discusion on this thread a while ago.

I think I'll just use the free clicks since now and when Boots or some other good vouchers will come I may consider to quit. It is shame - a good website, if it was working!!!!!!!

Nothing wrong with promotion, of course, but it would be a good idea to be able to cope with the present membership before taking on large numbers of new members.

I do, of course, understand that the more members there are, the more offers there'll be, but if I were at PB, I'd be concerned at the dissatisfaction of the current membership with their customer services.
