Spotlight quiz didn't work yesterday for me, but worked today!!!

hi,
i have just placed an order with my cdwow voucher, everything went through fine. but on the last page it said thank your for my order which was sucessful and that i should receive an email confirming it shortly.
but there was no order number and i haven`t received a confirmation email.
i usually get a number when i order normally when i have to pay.
is this normal when using a voucher from pigsback??

I've ordered a few times from CDWow through Pigsback. The one time I didn't get a confirmation email, I got in touch with them through their system and they wrote back to confirm that the order was going through. CDWow also have a tracking system, click on "My Order" down the left hand side and you can then enter your details. When I didn't get a confirmation email, the tracking system didn't pick it up either, but by getting in contact with them I was reassured that it was going through.

I must admit, when it comes to order numbers I go back to the old pen and paper and I have a book that I write details of all orders and order numbers, then I've got the details if I have computer problems. I also write my voucher codes such as CDWow vouchers in the book, so that I don't lose these either.

i have emailed cdwow with the order details and my pigsback voucher number. so hopefully they will be able to chase it up.
i will post later to let you know how i got on.

Just thought I'd better add, that it took over a day before I got a reply from CDWow, so you may need to be patient.

I do try and keep a book but printing out the order page I find better as I find sometimes I can't read my own writing. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

And means I can file them away nicely.

i still have no reply from pigsback regarding my points they owe me. Also how long have you guys been entering the quizes for, i never win. Hopefully sometime in the near future i will win, thats if the quizes don't keep telling me that i have already entered when i haven't. Darn!!
