It's worth what its worth. You might as well say each point is worth £100, but ony 0.8p when you go to redeem it. I've mentioned before that Trading Standards would have a different view.0

Well if you so sure why not report them to trading standards.
If you don't like PB and there £1 is not a £1 in rewards then don't use them. I personally don't mind paying a little in admin charge as I am getting the items for free. Only costs me a few minutes of my time.

I do get fed up with threats of Trading Standards and/or Watchdog, etc., and I wouldn't dream of suggesting that PB lie about the value of PiggyPoints.
On the other hand, when it costs £60.70 (in points, cos 100 points = £1, they claim), to buy £50-worth of CD-WOW vouchers, I do feel that the bias is in a certain direction!Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

I do agree that is lot extra to charge. I have never looked at the cd-wow vouchers. And think an extra £10.70 in points is rather excessive. As these are sent via e-mail. So think that is way over the top just to e-mail someone a code.
But as I said I think that 100=£1 is in the earning of the said points/pounds not in the spending. But not going to get in fight over that.
I think for the boots vouchers it was about an extra £1.50 for the £10 voucher. Which is ok and would just about cover postage and packing.
