I signed up for this last week and all went smoothly - I deposited £5, got their £5 as well and off I went a'gamblin'!

After a few wins and loses, I wasn't greedy and decided that when my account was £12 something in credit I decided to withdraw whilst I was ahead. It told me the max I could withdraw was £10.80 so I did that and gambled the rest. I was chuffed anyway as 2000 piggypoints + £5.80 profit.

However, my OH tried it today. Same process but less luck so when the balance got down to £6.50 he decided to withdraw the funds. It told him he couldn't take out more than £1. We then carried on and got the balance down to £5 and tried again to withdraw that. It then said no more withdrawals allowed.

Can anyone help or did anyone else have this problem? We've basically got our fiver stuck in the Cyberslotz account that we can't get our hands on.

    Darragh,
could you add XtraVision you your list of companies, I see Pigsback use them in the Republic one.

I'm from Tyrone and I don't have a Blockbuster nearby, but there is an XtraVision.

Put Xtra Vision in your search bar on your pigsback home page and you will find the offers. They are in £'s so they must be aimed at the NI market :j

I think you always have to allow for 'their fiver' being there, regardless of how much gambling or topping up and withdrawing you've done so far.

I may well be wrong, as the figures you are told you can withdraw do seem to vary, but I do think it has something to do with them giving you that stake. There is something in the t&cs that specifies slot machines too, which isn't good for me as I've been sticking to roulette and penny bingo.

Can I just ask what the timescale was for getting points for the people who said the transactions were slow to show on their bank accounts? Mine are taking the full 36 hours to appear and maybe the piggies are flying in the same airspace...

If you read the thread further back, people keep mentioning disabling Norton, if you're running that. Otherwise, no idea.

I joined cyberslotz last Wed, played the games, won a bit, withdrew £10, lost the rest. So far so good. It took a couple of days for the money to Go from my account, and so far no winnings have appeared, AND NO PIGGY POINTS. Has anyone else had to wait so long to get their points? Is there still hope do you think??
