Not sure if this was the right place to ask for advice... I have an Ireland registered account, my address is all correct but the 'county choices' are ireland. Does that mean I cannot get rewards that would be sent home... i.e boots and can only get CD WOW that are done though email...

Darraghd - I'm still awaiting my cyberslotz points. I had an e-mail from Karolina on the 30th Jan saying it was being looked into after I sent my confirmation e-mails, but no points have arrived.

Oh and still awaiting squeezy pics from when I signed up - but I'm not stressing about them

Luncheon vouchers were in touch and the way they seem to work is that they charge a premium for the luncheon vouchers, meaning that if we were to work with them a £10 voucher would cost you 2100 PiggyPoints, so no, they won't be coming back. Love2Shop will definitely definitely 100% not be coming back either. DEFINITELY!

You have an Ireland registered account - but are you from Ireland? If not, just email postmaster@pigsback.com and Rachel or Karolina will sort you out very quickly... Not sure why you registered an Irish account though...

Did you
1. Sign up through Pigsback.com
2. Use your regsitered Pigsback.com email address?
3. Put cash in your account at the time of signing up
4. Play with your cash in yourr account?

If the answers to all of these are yes, then Karolina will be going to cyberslotz, verifying all of the above and then crediting your PiggyPoints. But we're reliant on them getting back to us... Other people who followed exactly the steps above had no problem...

I think that there may also be issues with the crediting of points where the member may have changed their registered email address between signing up for an offer and the date the points are generally awarded. And I think this has happened to me.

I'm pretty sure that I used my registered PB address when signing up for Intrepid and Visit London. In between then and the award of points, I think I changed my registered address. It is probably a bad policy to do that! I like to keep changing addresses on most of my memberships around the web, but here's an instance where it is probably not paying off! I haven't received points for these two sign-ups, anyway ...

Also, I remember that DW tied to sign up for these two, but her attempts were rejected for some reason. (Can't remember why now).

I've just found out, it's ok to use a different email address, you still get allocated the points. Thks
