Hey Darragh - I've got my Visit London and Intrepid points - fantastic!
Still missing IWOOT and The White Company for items bought end of December/beginning of January. I've e-mailed pigsback 3 times, should I be doing anything else?
PB is going up in my estimation as they now seem to be catching up on lots of missing points - just need to answer their e-mails. However, I appreciate they must get loads but once the points start coming through on time that should reduce the flow of e-mails a bit.
I don't get too aggrieved because I can see what Darragh is saying on MSE but there must be a lot of customers e-mailing with no response who don't know about this superb site.0 -
