Fitness Dvd's - Try B4 You Buy

If you are looking for a fitness dvd to try from home but are unsure which of the many are best for you then here is a chaep way to find out. Take out a subscription to one of the dvd rental sites such as Amazon, Blockbuster or Screenselect and order all the ones you think you might like. it is a lot better than spending £13.99 on a dvd, finding you don't like it and sticking it in a cupboard from then on. You could even take advantage of a free trial for this purpose. Once you have found one or more that you like cancel the subscription and buy the one you want.

Why do we fall for every d list celebrity bringing out a fitness DVD,WHAT GIVES SOME-ONE THE CREDENTIALS TO PROMOTE FITNESS,because they have been on big brother,
are we crazy or brain washed, or the right to promote secured loans, why do we use no marks as role models

I have to agree with you kenshaz.

Some of them would even put me off buying it much less doing the workout.

I do think the Max and Paddy one might be a good laugh while you workout thus working on the tummy that much more.

I am looking for a proper instruction workout for different levels without the skinny celebs. staring back at me.
Its better to be late in this life than early in the next one.
