Hi All,
I am currently in bed with a serveve fever but i am still trying to complete all my remortage paperwork but i am strugging for a rough calculation and wondered in anyone could assist.
I want a rough guide figure as to what my mortage balance is as of today. I have asked for a proper one which they are sending me but i wont get it until wed / thur
on the 1/5/2005 my mortage balance was £77805 with a term of 22 years and 9 months. Below is the info i have on the rate
Variable rate which is currently 0.740% above the Bank of England repo rate currently on 4.750% which ends on 31/7/2008 giving a current rate payable of 5.490% this rate will be adjusted within 30 days of a change to the bank of england repo rate.
I am only after a rough figure like within a fee hundred if possible.
Thanks in advance

Phil Hope you feel better soon, I will move this to the mortgage board where there may be someone reading who can help.0

This is probably of no use to you on a Sunday night Phil, but I can ring my lender and they'll tell me over the phone (obviously after going through security). A telephone call might be an option for you tomorrow?0
