Just wondering when you would start making fudge and cookies etc. for presents for Christmas day, as hm stuff does not have the same preservatives as shop bought. While I am on this subject, how do you remove old labels from jars. Thanks

I saw somewhere on here, someone said if you keep it in an airtight container hm fudge lasts about a month, but I would say to just do it as near to the day as you can.
As for labels on jars I would say to soak them in a sink of water until they just slide off. Not sure if it matters on the temperature of the water or not. Thanks to all those who post competitions! :T
