I've got about 2 dozen clementines which turn out to be very pippy-about 5 pips per segment. No one can be bothered to eat them.Any ideas welcome.

Pour a large glass of wine ,sit down and de-pip them all.
Then bung them in the blender, and give them a whizz, use as a cold compote in frosted glasses. Put a little grand marniier liquer over then top with whipped cream . Or use as an orange filler in little blini's (pancakes)also topping them with whipped cream . Or scrunge up four digestif biscuits and two ozs of butter and make a base for a cheese cake spread the orange mix on the top and make a cheescake topping . What ever you do don't bin them you can turn them into a 'posh'desert easy-peasy0 -
Thanks Jackie-I'm already half-way there with the large glass of wine.0
