What Else Should I Do?
I Have Sent The Template Letter To Hsbc Complaint The Mis Sold Of My Ppi In 2004. They Have Sent Me The First Letter On 28th Nov Promised That A Full Respone Will Be Provided Within Four Weeks And It Is The Fifth Week Since I Received My First Letter, They Haven't Noticed Me As They Promise If The Investigation Has To Be Extended. I Sent Them A Security Message Today To Urge Theri Respone.. What Else Should I Do?
