anyone been turned down for a co-op cashminder account?

I have just rung co-op to apply for a cashminder account and it has to be refered to the underwriter. I am worried that they might turn me down. I am not bankrupt.

Even if you are bankrupt you can normally get that account.

This is usual from what I can gather, I called every couple of days and once they said yes it was very quickly opened at this time of year. I have to say its worth waiting for as its a really great account and the online banking is easy. They were fab when someone tried to fraudulently use my card and they quarrentined the transactions so I wasn't out of pocket, I can't speak highly enough about them.0
