I guess the person in the call centre is looking at the tracking system when he says they are in transit , when its delivered the guy scans the packages, i guess there system has not yet updated, im sure you will not get another delivery

If you go into your account and look under track packages you can see the status of the order HTH
  • keep them both and keep schtum, its their mistake!! but agree with prev poster, you should check your account in a couple of days. the way they do things is a bit messed up. a friend of mine was out when a £90 jacket was delivered, and the 'safe place' a delivery driver chose to leave it was in the dustbin!! well my friend came home and found it in the bin, but they were being collected later that day and she very naughtily told littlewoods the bins were collected and the jacket with it and they refunded her, so she got it for free!! laughed my socks off when i heard that one!
    Won't buy nuffink without a discount :p

this happened to me with a famous electrical store. i sent a 40" lcd tv back for repair under garantee. they sent me back a brand new 1. then a day later they sent me another 1 (which son signed for ). i kept it in the box for months waiting for them to realise what theyd done.they never did. it now hangs on my bedroom wall:o
  • i ordered new car seats from a high street store for my daughter, one for my car, one for her dads. two huge boxes arrived, laughed it off saying its probably polystyrene or something...nup,it was two car seats per box! they never collected them or debited my account for the extra ones we got...

We had something like this happen to us recently. We ordered a Christmas present online which cost about £100. When it arrived the box contained another item we hadn't requested worth £180 (which just happened to be something I've wanted for a while but couldn't afford to buy!). The additional item wasn't shown on the delivery note and we weren't charged for it.

Anyway I did some homework and it seems that according to the Unsolicited Goods and Services Act 1971 this is classed as an unconditional gift and it's ours to keep :santa2: .
