I first unsubscribed on the main home page. It then let me enter no probs

Tried that, but it didn't work for me - what did I do wrong?

Homepage > bottom left - Email Newsletters > Middle of the page: 'Unsubscribe'... > put email address in + pressed the 'Unsubscribe now' button > back to the link - said I was already subscribed.

Well that's the way I did it I got a confirmation email saying I was unsubscribed (spam folder). Maybe if you didn't get it they didn't unsubscribe you??? Might be worth trying again and making sure you get email first???
