couple of quick questions

Hi,
Sent off cca request letters last week and one company has responded by giving me a copy of the unsigned agreement with one part to be signed and kept by me and the other signed and returned to them. They did not have any information in the letter they put my address on. What is my next step here?
Also, my partner also sent one of these letters off to a credit card and while we have had nothing back in the post they have been calling repeatedly- 3 times within 1 hour yesterday! We have told them we don't want to talk on the phone but the calls keep coming. I'm sure that there is a letter in regards to this being classed as harassment for me to send off the them to make them stop calling- or have I just made that up?
If anyone could help with either of these issues it would be great.

No shame needed....been a bit quiet today. All i can say is when i asked for a cca and was given what you were given, i just carried on with the process as if they hadn't sent me anything.

yeah, i don't answer the phone unless I know who it is as a rule (we both only give out our mobile numbers) but it does get to be a pain in the rear end ya know0
