rainmac - wouldn't say I get the best bargains..........I got stuff from the charity shops all last year and thought I was doing well till I saw other people getting stuff from Poundland and other shops cheaper............still, its the kind of shopping I enjoy.........we've five of them in the town and it saves me getting the bus and being jostled round Lincoln...........:rotfl:

There's a fab charity shop in the town where my mum and dad live and up to last year my mum was a volunteer. She used to get 'workers' discount of 20% but was always ashamed to use it and paid full price for everything.

Thanks for that she grinch. I don't have the rabbit pattern but peggytoes put up some of her patterns for free, she seems such a lovely lady and she has the most beautiful way of crocheting, everything is always so stunning. She's not long had some patterns published with maggie's crochet, long overdue I think but she's so unassuming.
If you wanted to see them she's put some here http://www.crochetme.com/pattern-item/toys-games and if you follow the photobucket links to free patterns you'll see some more. http://s151.photobucket.com/albums/s141/peggytoes/Free%20Patterns/
There's a gorgeous little chick too.

Damn, I'm showing my age aren't I  Don't remember anything about it apart from Glen Close stalks Michael Douglas and cooks a bunny rabbit on the hob towards the end
